Heathrow boss: Runways argument 'settled once and for all'

The government's Airports Commission has recommended the building of a third runway at Heathrow.

Sir Howard Davies's report says that the new runway should come with severe restrictions to reduce the environmental and noise effects.

Heathrow Airport's chief executive, John Holland-Kaye, welcomed the announcement.
