Killed PC Dave Phillips 'strived for the perfect life'

The sister of PC Dave Phillips, who was struck by a car and killed during a pursuit, has paid tribute to him, saying he "strived to make the perfect life for his wife and his two girls".

"He was stolen from us but by god what was stolen from him," Hannah Whieldon added.

Two men aged 18 and 30 are being held on suspicion of murder.
