Storm Desmond: Pooley Bridge collapses in Cumbria floods

Pooley Bridge in Ullswater, Cumbria and the Keswick Railway Path Bridge have collapsed following heavy flooding.

Tens of thousands of homes have been left without power after Storm Desmond caused severe flooding across northern England and parts of Scotland.
