The workers bringing cheer to flood-stricken Cumbria

It is a difficult festive period for people living in Cumbria, whose homes have been ruined by the worst floods they have ever seen.

Insurance claims are still being assessed and with no kitchen or living room, many families have missed the simple luxuries this year.

What has made a difference though, is the time and money donated by complete strangers, as Fiona Trott reports.
