Cumbria floods: 'They're back, everybody's exhausted'

Communities in Cumbria have been flooded again - some for the third time in less than a month - following torrential rain and high winds.

Worst affected have been the Keswick, Kendal, Appleby and Glenridding areas, where river levels have risen.

Appleby resident Sarah McKay said that local people were exhausted by the flooding.
