Two years ago this month, teenager Stephen Sutton lost his battle with cancer.

His story touched so many, after his "thumbs up" picture went viral.

To date, more than £5.5m has been raised in his memory.

Jayne McCubbin met Stephen's mother at one of the new cancer units the money has funded.
