'Four far-right attacks foiled last year', says counter-terror chief

The retiring national counter-terrorism police chief has revealed four extreme-right terrorist plots were foiled last year.

Mark Rowley, who will retire as Met Police assistant commissioner next month, warned of the growing threat from far-right terrorism in an interview with the BBC.

Mr Rowley said 10 Islamist plots and four far-right plots were disrupted last year.
