Duke of Cambridge reveals anonymous helpline volunteering
The Duke of Cambridge has revealed he has been anonymously counselling people during lockdown.
Prince William has been volunteering at Shout, a text service offering support to people in personal crisis.
The video call took place in May but Kensington Palace announced the prince's involvement to mark Volunteers Week, which ends on Sunday.
