Coronavirus: 'People have relaxed too much'

England's deputy chief medical officer says "people have relaxed too much" over coronavirus and "now is the time for us to re-engage", following a "big change" in Covid-19 infections.

Prof Jonathan Van Tam warned that, otherwise, the UK will have "a bumpy ride over the next few months".
