Covid: Boris Johnson looking forward to haircut and pint

The prime minister has said there was no Covid data to dissuade him from following his roadmap to lift England's lockdown.

In a pre-recorded speech for the Conservative Party's Spring Forum, Boris Johnson said he was looking forward to trips to the barbers and the pub.
