Ukraine crisis: Liz Truss responds to criticism of Russia sanctions
Liz Truss has told BBC Breakfast that the UK's sanctions on Russia are the "toughest we've ever put" on the country.
But critics, including several prominent MPs from her own party, have said the sanctions announced by the UK do not go far enough.
The foreign secretary also said the UK had to keep "some sanctions in the locker" to use if and when Russia escalates its use of force against Ukraine.
