Lucy Letby: Labour backs law change to force offenders' into dock

It's important for families to see offenders such as Lucy Letby in the dock being sentenced, says Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer.

Letby was convicted of murdering seven babies and attempting to kill six others but refused to appear in the dock for her sentencing hearing.
