'Is your default answer 'that's not true'?'

Former senior Post Office lawyer Jarnail Singh told inquiry counsel Jason Beer that "what you are suggesting is not true".

But Beer said he hadn't suggested anything, asking: "Is that your default position when coming to give evidence?"

Mr Singh was involved in the prosecution of pregnant postmistress Seema Misra in 2010.
