East of England Ambulance director: 'We will comply'
The clinical director for the East of England Ambulance Service has said it will be compliant for its next inspection after it failed to meet a crucial care standard.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) ordered the service to improve after it failed to meet its "care and welfare" target in the wake of a deterioration in response times.
In an interview with BBC Look East's Stewart White, John Martin said it was looking at sickness absence, staff morale and investing in its control centres.
