Damning report on East of England Ambulance Service

The East of England Ambulance Service is facing a major re-organisation after a scathing report into its performance.

The report follows a dogged campaign by the region's MPs amid concern that the service was costing lives.

They and patients have been complaining about poor response times over the last year.

Among them were Zoe and Mark Bunn, from Norwich. Mr Bunn was begging for an ambulance when she suffered a potentially fatal bleed with her baby, Milo, who was born prematurely.
