Government has been 'crystal clear' on travel policies, says Hancock

The Health Secretary has defended the government when questioned about mixed messaging on travel policies.

Matt Hancock was asked to give examples of reasons to travel to amber countries, and when pushed on comments made by other ministers said the government had been "crystal clear".
