Active Luton announces free school plans

A group behind a free school in Luton hopes it can help in the fight against obesity among young people in the town.

Active Luton is the trust that runs sport services on behalf of Luton Borough Council.

It wants to build a primary school on the site of the Bath Road swimming pool in the Wardown area of the town.
