Crane removes spa from Captain Tom's daughter's Bedfordshire home

A giant crane has removed a spa pool from an unauthorised building at the home of Captain Sir Tom Moore's daughter.

The £200,000 complex in Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire was ordered to be pulled down after it was deemed revised plans did not have planning permission.

Hannah Ingram-Moore and her husband, Colin, lost an appeal in October against an order to remove the Captain Tom Foundation Building.

The building is due to be demolished by 7 February.
