Kempston player, 20, thanks Luton's Tom Lockyer for video
A 20-year-old non-league footballer who suffered a cardiac arrest on the pitch has thanked Tom Lockyer for a supportive video.
The Luton Town captain sent the message to Jack Marshall, a player for Bedfordshire-side Kempston Rovers, who collapsed during an away-game against Hadley FC in Barnet, north London, on Saturday.
He was revived thanks to an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) that he had fitted several years ago and is also used by Lockyer following his own cardiac arrest at Bournemouth in December.
Mr Marshall said: "It's nice to hear from someone that has been through the same as both me and my dad."
