Prince Philip in first appearance since announcing retirement

The Duke of Edinburgh has made his first public appearance since the day of the announcement of his retirement.

He was accompanied by the Queen at centenary celebrations at Pangbourne College.

The Berkshire college has a proud history of training officers for the Merchant Navy and the Royal Navy.
