Video diary of Wolverhampton obesity boot camp
A Wolverhampton mother has released a video diary of life under an intensive programme aimed at tackling the city's obesity problem.
Gurmit Sidhu's family started the 5 star Families Programme nine weeks ago.
It's run by the City of Wolverhampton Council which is hoping to sign up over 500 families next year to the 10-week course.
Figures show the area has the highest rate of obesity in 10-year-olds outside London, with 26.5% of 10 to 11-year-olds classed as obese.
