Bristol-built 1,000 mph speed record attempt car takes shape

Engineers in Bristol working on a supersonic car have begun putting the parts together ahead of a world record attempt.

The team behind the Bloodhound SSC is hoping to break the world land speed record in South Africa next year, by topping 1,000 mph.

BBC Points West's David Garmston met driver and RAF pilot Andy Green, and other members of the team.
