Bristol's Metrobus - will it make a difference?

Bristol's controversial Metrobus project has been heavily influenced by a similar guided busway in Cambridgeshire.

But that has been dogged by dozens of accidents since it opened, with cars and buses often straying where they should not be.

For a journey that takes 45 minutes by car, it is 12 on the bus and it is hoped if it is cheap and reliable as well it might be a success.
