Cornwall separated seals Sija and Babyface keep in touch on iPads

Two seals separated from their sanctuary in Cornwall are keeping in touch via iPads.

Weymouth Sea Life Adventure Park took in "randy" Sija the seal from the Cornish Seal Sanctuary in May to stop "further illicit breeding" with another seal called Babyface.

There are no male seals in the Weymouth centre, but staff wanted to make sure they did not begin to miss each other.

So they set up SealTime, an iPad video link which enables the seals to stay in touch from more than 160 miles apart.
