Waterspout spotted off the north coast of Cornwall

A waterspout has been spotted off the north coast of Cornwall.

Paul Turner made the sighting between Tintagel and Boscastle on Thursday.

Waterspout sightings tend to increase as the seasons change from spring to summer and autumn to winter, and the temperatures and winds change.

On average, between 30 and 40 funnels are spotted off the UK's coast every year.
