Cumbria faces difficulty recruiting experienced workers

A report into high death rates at hospitals in Carlisle and Whitehaven identified short staffing and difficulties with recruitment as reasons for poor performance.

It seems persuading experienced professionals to work and live in Cumbria is a wider problem.
