Sell Wales, says junior doctor

More than half of the health boards in Wales say they are having problems recruiting doctors.

The revelation follows a decision by Neath Port Talbot Hospital to stop handling 999 medical emergencies and GP referrals due to a shortage of experienced staff.

Tom Gately, a junior doctor originally from London based at Prince Charles Hospital in Merthyr Tydfil, told Felicity Evans of BBC Radio Wales why he chose to stay in Wales after training in Cardiff.
