M6 highway worker's widow calls for fairer jail term

Julie Labbeth is devastated the man who killed her husband Adam Gibb in an M6 crash while texting on his phone will be out of jail within three years.

Peter Morrison was given seven years for the crash which killed the 51-year-old highways worker and badly injured a colleague.

Julie of Penrith, is calling for tougher sentences for those who cause death through dangerous driving.
