Amputee Mark Ormrod's arm fixed mid-challenge

Triple-amputee Mark Ormrod had to make an unscheduled stop during a bike ride around the UK, to get his prosthetic arm fixed.

The former Royal Marine from Plymouth made an early-morning stop at Harold Wood Hospital in London after the screws in his arm became loose during the first 300 miles of the 3,000-mile route.

Mr Ormrod, of 40 Commando, lost both legs and an arm when he stepped on a landmine in Helmand Province in 2007.
