Gloucestershire climber Kenton Cool hopes to inspire others

The Gloucestershire climber who has made history again in the Himalayas has said he hopes his records will inspire the next generation of explorers to better his achievements.

Kenton Cool reached the peak of Everest for the 11th time on Sunday, breaking his own British record in the process.

He and climbing partner Dorje Gylgen also became the first people to scale Everest and its two neighbouring summits in one continuous climb.
