Powerchair user highlights uneven paving in Cheltenham

A disabled man who nearly fell out of his chair on an uneven path has convinced his local council to get it fixed.

Tom Duncan, from Cheltenham, wrote to Gloucestershire County Council about paving on Clarence Road.

Six weeks later the council agreed to repair it meaning Tom can now get out and about more.
