Old Portsmouth set for artistic quarter

Plans to transform part of Old Portsmouth into an artistic quarter have been approved by the city council.

Thirteen arches between the Round and Square Towers would be converted into artists' studios and the area would also have a new café and shop.

But, the city council needs to find £2m to turn the plans into reality.
