Stallingborough and Habrough fight for better broadband

Campaigners in two villages have improved the broadband speed available to residents by working with a provider to install fibre optic cables.

Stallingborough and Habrough in North East Lincolnshire have had the cables installed after an 18-month community campaign.

It persuaded Virgin Media to provide the villages with the super-fast broadband and as a result the company is now looking at investing in more small villages.
