Thanet Council leader quits over 'toxic behaviour'

The Labour leader of Thanet District Council has resigned because of "toxic behaviour" from "a minority of councillors".

Clive Hart quit weeks after a report into the behaviour of councillors in Thanet criticised them for homophobia and bullying.

BBC South East Today's Peter Whittlesea spoke to Mr Hart, Green Councillor Ian Driver, Professor Tim Luckhurst of the University of Kent and Conservative Councillor Bob Bayford.
