Lune Valley greenway: Cycle path's transformation to be more accessible
A popular path for people walking and cycling for both leisure and commuting has undergone a transformation to make it more accessible for those with reduced mobility.
Upgrades to access points and surfacing on the path between Lancaster city centre and Bull Beck, Caton, have been carried out to allow more people who use wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or non-standard cycles to access the route.
Our reporter Ellis Palmer, who uses a handcycle, has been to see the improvements for himself.
