'Three years of roadworks on M25'

The M25 has not managed a single day without closures in the last three years, BBC London's Sunday Politics has found.

In fact, the Highways Agency does not even know when it last managed a day when the road was not shut in some way or other.

The BBC spoke to Peter Whitehead, managing director of PF Whitehead Logistics, Paul Halsey, a driver with PF Whitehead Logistics and Stephen Glaister, director of the RAC Foundation.
