London fire cuts: Councils prepare legal challenge

This week, the mayor approved planned cuts to the fire service, despite opposition from the London Fire Authority.

BBC London's Jean Mackenzie spoke to Islington councillor Joe Caluori, London Fire & Emergency Planning Authority chairman James Cleverly and Tony Travers from the London School of Economics.
