London residents warned of HS2 disruption

More landowners and households have been warned they could be affected by the HS2 high speed rail project.

HS2 Ltd is sending letters to some residents saying they could face further disruption as more land could be required for the scheme.

Campaigners against the project are worried the rail link will adversely affect their lives.

HS2 Ltd has insisted that most people will only face minor disruption.

BBC London's Sonja Jessup spoke to campaigners Fran Heron and Lottie Jones, from Hillingdon against HS2, and Ben Ruse, a spokesman for HS2 Ltd.
