Nick Clegg on Lib Dems' election bid

Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg has been in Kingston upon Thames - where his party have control of the council - to talk about his party's bid at the local elections.

The party currently has about 250 out of a possible 1,800 councillors in London.
