Deleting discrimination findings a Met Police 'policy'

Deleting findings on discrimination has become a "policy" within the Metropolitan Police, employment lawyer Kiran Daurka has said.

Her comments come after an employment tribunal found records on sex and race discrimination against firearms officer Carol Howard, who Ms Daurka represents, had been removed.

Ms Daurka, from Slater & Gordon, said Ms Howard "feels vindicated" by the tribunal's decision.

Broadcast on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Wednesday 2 July.
