Vauxhall helicopter crash: Safety fears raised four years earlier

A report into last year's Vauxhall helicopter crash says safety concerns were raised four years before the accident.

The pilot of the helicopter and a pedestrian were killed in the crash which happened when the aircraft clipped the jib of a crane on the St George's Wharf tower in January 2013.

The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) report says the operators of London Heliport expressed their concern of a potential collision to the Civil Aviation Authority in 2009.

Principal inspector Julian Firth, Captain Tilman Gabriel, an aviation expert from City University and Kate Hoey, Labour MP for Vauxhall, give their verdicts on the report.
