Brian Cox admits being a 'huge fan' of Star Trek to Patrick Stewart

Professor Brian Cox has admitted he is a "huge Star Trek fan" after receiving a honorary degree from actor Sir Patrick Stewart.

The physicist and broadcaster received the degree from Sir Patrick, who is chancellor of the University of Huddersfield, at a ceremony in Greater Manchester.

Professor Cox said it was "an honour to get it from Patrick".
