Baseball bat attacker on saying sorry to his victim

Five years ago, Tim Isherwood - a lecturer at the University of Salford - was attacked with a baseball bat and robbed while he sat alone at a railway station.

One of his attackers was Khamran Uddin - then a teenager - who went to prison.

When he left jail, he asked the Cheshire and Greater Manchester Restorative Justice programme if he could meet his victim to apologise for his actions.

Now Khamran and Tim are hoping others will be inspired to do the same.
