Spice drug making users 'like zombies' in Manchester

There has been a surge in calls to people taking the former legal high Spice, North West Ambulance Service says.

Homeless charity Lifeshare claims 95% of Manchester's homeless community are now taking the form of synthetic cannabis, which appears to freeze those who smoke it - leaving them in a zombie-like state.
