Norwich nightclubbers breathalysed on the door
Nightclubbers in Norwich have been breathalysed as they enter venues in a bid to curb binge drinking and anti-social behaviour.
The exercise, external was also held to raise awareness of potential dangers of "pre-loading", where people drink large amounts of alcohol at home before going out.
It comes a week after Adrian Lee, the chief constable of Northamptonshire, proposed the idea of "drunk tanks", where people who are very drunk are held overnight in private cells and then made to pay for their care.
