Beeston traders get hardship fund to help business during tram work
Traders in part of Nottingham which has been closed to traffic while tram works take place are to receive £50,000 to help recover losses from the disruption.
The hardship fund has been set up for businesses along High Road and Chilwell Road in Beeston.
Trader Derek Wigginton said: "Beeston has been effectively closed off and people are now avoiding Beeston altogether because so many roads are closed or restricted."
