Skydiving centre celebrates year of new British records

A skydive team is celebrating a year of new British records, having set four new ones in 2023.

The records include a new British formation skydiving record, where 41 skydivers flew together to build three formations in the skies above Skydive Langar in Nottinghamshire.

Earlier in the year, it broke the record for the largest number of women to take part in a head-down formation jump.

A skydiver from the centre also demonstrated his precision with a parachute - when he landed perfectly on top of an inflatable unicorn in September.
