Final operational mission for RAF's Tristar fleet

The Royal Air Force's Tristar fleet is to be taken out of service after three decades.

The air-to-air refuelling plane, dubbed a "great petrol station in the sky", flew its last operational mission on Monday.

It has been a common sight in the skies above its base at Brize Norton in Oxfordshire.
