'New attitude' needed towards apprentices with learning disabilities

Apprenticeships for people with learning disabilities should be made easier, campaigners have said.

They say applicants are often hampered because they do not have the necessary qualifications in English and maths.

Abingdon and Witney College has teamed up with the Yellow Submarine charity in Oxford with a view to changing attitudes.
