Secret Santa appeal gives 10,000 gifts

Every year 18-year-old Courtney Hughes runs a charity appeal to collect gifts for the vulnerable and sick.

She started Charity Secret Santa in memory of her great-grandmother who was in the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford over Christmas.

"I didn't like the fact that she wasn't with me or my family on Christmas Day, so we took Christmas Day to her," she said.
